| Morrison Chevrolet Inc. would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for building our new building on Route 1 in Ellsworth, Maine. Despite all of the difficuult challenges, teh sonstructin design, the winter weather, the tight deadline and the financial constraints, E.L. Shea, Inc. did an excellent job constructing our building.
Morrison Chevrolet Inc would highly recommend E.L. Shea to anyone who is interested in constructing a new building site for the following reasons: Construction The design of our building was anything but simple. Chevrolet had certain guidelines to meet. Many changes were made to accommodate our customers and employee work areas. Each amendment was handled promptly and with professional courtesy. Another hurdle was the construction while our Used Vehicle department was undergoinging daily business. Throughout the entire construction process, there was never a day when business was lost. Time Frame Construction began in September of 2004 with a projected end date in the Summer of 2005. The construction was completed in June 2005. Morrison Chevrolet's New and Used Sales, Service and Parts departments could finally function under one roof. We were able to meet a deadline and we appreciate your dedication and hard work! Budget For Morrison Chevrolet Inc., a new building that would hold all departments might cost more than we really wanted to spend and E.L. Shea worked with us to find ways that would allow us to save money without losing the look and the integrity of the new building. When complete, the job was done under budget. We appreciate the assistance that Rob Shea gave us for saving money on this project. Crew The construction crew, as managed by Rob Shea, did an excellent job in a very professional manner. Even if a question or concern arises now after the project is completed, they have been timely in responding. Rob Shea - Project Manager Rob did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish and was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Rob was always available and would do anything to assist us in any way possible. As the family liason for E.L. Shea Construction, I personally enjoyed working with Rob and I would highly recommend Rob as the project manager for any job, large or small.
