With a total of approximately 29,000 square feet, this facility has the capability to meet all of the owner’s current and future needs, while guests can enjoy overlooking the golf course and hillsides.
The lower level has direct access out to the patio area and the pool. It houses such spaces as the locker rooms, pro shop, game room, and a snack bar.
The majority of the main level is dedicated toward the dining space. With a kitchen, the lounge and a wrap around deck, there is plenty of space to support large functions. Some of the unique characteristics are the exposed glulam beams in the dining room and the curved bar we custom made in our wood shop for the lounge. |
