| Camden Hall was originally a barracks of the former Dow Air Force Base, then used for Job Corp student housing. First, this project required extensive demolition and removal followed by total renovation of the first level of the three story concrete building.
The entire exterior of the building was upgraded with the combination of an EIFS (exterior insulated finish system) and architectural metal panels, all new windows and roofing improvements. A new stair tower was also added.
Now used by the University’s Veterinary Science program, Interior spaces created were primarily veterinary lab classrooms, faculty and administrative offices, and a veterinary medicine surgery suite.
